Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Required Cancellation Policy Minimum Notice Period: All session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Accepted Cancellation Methods: Email notification Phone call Text message Through our online booking system Rescheduling Free Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty when at least 24 hours' notice is provided. Same-Day Rescheduling: Subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Late Cancellations and No-Shows Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged. Emergency Exceptions We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. In cases of: Medical emergencies Family emergencies Severe weather conditions Transportation failures beyond your control Please contact us as soon as possible. Emergency cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be exempt from cancellation fees.
